Thank you for your inquiry.
Allowances for replacement of welded panels include consideration for covering/protecting the interior of the vehicle from damage during welding. Masking of adjacent exterior panels, suspension is not factored into the consideration.

Issue Summary When replacing the rear body panel. We need to protect the interior of the vehicle using a 3m Spark protection paper as well as protecting the quarter panels and the suspension components to prevent metal sparks embedding into interior as well as the suspension system and adjacent panels like qtrs to prevent metal particles to embed and cause corrosion/ damage to the vehicle. Per the P Pages, there is NO Mention of protecting the interior, exterior or suspension areas. Please see attached photo and advise if this is included or not
